THE number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Worcestershire has reached 1,201.
The figures, released daily by the government, are broken down by upper tier local authorities and are correct as of 5pm today, (May 5).

The total number of lab-confirmed UK cases stands at 194,990.
In neighbouring areas, Birmingham has 2,954, Warwickshire has 1,241, Herefordshire has 323, and Gloucestershire has 1,267 confirmed cases.
