Located on Winchester Road, Uptons of Bassett have won many prizes for their dishes. 

One of their most loved items is the breakfast wrap which is described in countless reviews as being “the best”.

This family run cafe on Manor Farm Road is much loved by its loyal customers who describe the place as having a “family spirit”. 

Family owned and run, Miss Ellie’s opened its doors in 2015 and has gone on to win a number of awards including the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence for three years in a row. 

Serving breakfast all day the cafe has a price range to suit all budgets.

Docks Cafe

Tim’s Bistro is nestled on Bedford Place and serves a quality-driven Great British menu. 

Serving delivery and takeaway food during lockdown Tim’s Bistro is described as “going the extra mile” to put a smile on their customers' faces.

Halladay’s Tea Rooms

Described as an “elegant tearoom filled with class, style”, Halladay’s is located in the heart of Southampton’s city centre on Bedford Place. 

Owner, Jade Halladay, has owned the tea rooms for 13 years and said: “It’s a bit girly and pretty inside but we have big portion sizes for the men and yummy food so everyone loves to come here.” 

Most known for their famous breakfasts, the cosy tea rooms offer a variety of dishes and freshly baked cakes.
