A 24-YEAR-OLD man was found dead by police officers after a car crashed into a fence and ended up in a field.
Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision at the junction of Old House Lane and Newtown Lane in Romsley, Worcestershire in the early hours of Saturday, August 8.
Officers believe the car involved - a grey BMW with the registration WF56 AYY - was travelling southbound on Newtown Lane when it crossed the junction and collided with a wooden fence on the opposite side of the road.
The car is also believed to have crashed into a tree before coming to a stop in a field.
The vehicle was later reported by a passerby at around 3pm the following day.
Officers attended and found a 24-year-old man dead inside the car.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "We are appealing to anyone who may have seen the collision or seen the vehicle prior to the collision. It has travelled from the Birmingham area."
