A Hospital trust is searching for a new finance director, commanding a salary of up to £200,000.
The trust, which runs Furness General Hospital and Westmorland General Hospital, is advertising for someone to 'transform' the organisation.
A posting by the University Hospitals Trust of Morecambe Bay lists the salary between £100,000 and £200,000.
A listing said: "The Director of Finance will have a crucial role to play in redesigning the delivery of hospital and community services to Morecambe Bay. This portfolio will feature an ambitious and complex programme of estate and service reconfiguration - developed through the Health Infrastructure Plan (HIP2), to build a 21st century health and care infrastructure for the population of the Bay. We are seeking a truly charismatic leader who operates with integrity and compassion and reflects the vision of our organisation."
