ALTHOUGH the government's new coronavirus restrictions mean a night at the pub is being cut short, that doesn't mean we cannot enjoy a few drinks at our favourite drinking spot.
We asked readers to tell us their favourite pubs in Worcester, Malvern and Evesham. Here are their recommendations:
WORCESTER
On the Worcester News Facebook page, readers chose pubs including the Alma Tavern, Bar 23, Cafe Cadena, The Paul Pry and the Horn and Trumpet.
Suzanne Thomas wrote: "The Alma Tavern- the guys in there are amazing and everything is in place (Covid-19 safety measures). Great food as well."
Karen Lock-Obrey wrote: "The Mug House in Claines. Social distancing in place but still a place to enjoy the atmosphere and the food is great."
Lesley Hill chose Bar 23, saying the friendly staff, "delicious food" and great beer made it her favourite.
Jay Bullock chose the Camp House Inn at Grimley and the Masons Arms for their views, food and beer.
MALVERN
Malvern Gazette readers also recommended their favourite pubs, which included the Wyche Inn, Gloster Arms and The Plume of Feathers.
Laura Lillis and Marion Munns both chose the Wyche Inn, saying the food and staff were both excellent.
Sophie King chose the Gloster Arms, saying: "The Gloster Arms has a great atmosphere and fab reviews from the locals."
Fiona Curnow said: "The Plume of Feathers at Castlemorton - They have really good music on a Sunday afternoon in the marquee outside. The only way we've been able to see live music for months."
EVESHAM
Evesham Journal readers chose their favourite pubs.
Lisa Jankus-Scott said: "The Royal Oak in Evesham - Delicious food, great choice of drinks, dog friendly and friendly staff.
