THE A44 at Wyre Piddle had to close for a short period on Wednesday night after a crash.
The crash happened near to the Recycling Centre and closed both carriageways of the A44 at around 5.30pm.
Police advised motorists to avoid the area while the emergency services attended.

Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service also later tweeted the crash had been between two cars.
Firefighters from Worcester, Evesham and Pershore attended and made the scene safe before the road reopened.
