A MAN has been ordered to pay compensation after attacking another person in Hereford.
Matthew James Gillespie entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on November 11.
The court heard the 32-year-old had assaulted another person by beating in Hereford on January 29.
He also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge imposed by magistrates in Hereford on April 10 2019.
Gillespie, of Sherbourne Close, Hereford, was ordered to pay compensation of £80 to the victim. No costs order was made and no action was taken on the breach of his conditional discharge due to a lack of means.
