SIR – As a regular in Worcester, I must complain about the toilet facilities, especially those in Angel Place.
Cold, badly lit, the taps on the washbasins don’t work, paper dispensers usually empty and paper towels strewn all over the floor.
What’s more, there’s a charge for using this disgraceful establishment.
The gents and ladies in the Crowngate, on the other hand, are totally different, paper dispensers fully stocked, every receptacle in good working order, hot water always on tap, hair driers fully functional; the whole place is spotless.
What is more, the toilets are free to use.
The council take a month to think about complaints but I think it’s about time they pulled their finger out – the toilets in Angel Place remain disgusting.
