TWO men have been fined for failing to comply with the requirements of community orders.

Darren Pass failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of the community order made by Worcester Magistrates Court on January 7 2021, by failing to attend a telephone supervision appointment on May 4 2021 as instructed by the supervising officer and failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover the absence within five working days.

Pass, 51, of Barbourne Road, Worcester, admitted the breach to the court on May 28 2021.

He was fined £40.

Meanwhile, Rupert Tisor also failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order which was made by Kidderminster Magistrates Court on April 21 2021, by violating the terms imposed by the curfew by removing a personal identification device from his ankle on May 7 2021.

Tisor, 29, of Westbourne, Honeybourne, near Evesham, admitted the breach at Worcester Magistrates Court on May 28 2021.

He was fined £80.

A man has been banned from driving for six months for speeding.

In Worcester on October 2 last year, Martin Roche was caught speeding on the B4638 Woodgreen Drive, Worcester towards Marsh Avenue, a restricted road.

He was caught driving at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour.

The plea was guilty by single justice procedure at Worcester Magistrates Court on May 6 2021.

Roche, 57, of Monks Close, Pershore, was fined £115, ordered to pay costs of £90 and was banned from the roads for six months due to repeat offending.

His driving record was also endorsed - three penalty points determined.
