A Go Fund Me page has been set up for the children of a motorcyclist who was killed on his way to work on Friday morning.

Tomasz Kozmicka, 41, was killed in a crash on the A44 Evesham Road at 7am last week.

Mr Kozmicka, who lived and worked in Evesham,  leaves behind his beloved wife, Agata, and their two children aged 6 and 8.

The Go Fund Me page has been set up by, Marcin Fuja a family friend, to raise money for Agata who has been battling an aggressive brain tumour.

The statement on the page reads: "A tragic accident took the life of Tomasz Kozmicka.

"As if things aren't difficult enough for this family, Tomasz's wife is fighting cancer (glioblastoma multiform tumor) and has already struggled with it for the past few years.

"This family needs your help. As we all know life is so cruel and unfair taking our beloved ones too soon leaving holes that will never be filled.

"But when you're living with cancer already, with two young ones to support and reassure, every little really will help."

The loving father was on his way to work at Severn Waste Services when the crash happened.

Andy Pullen who worked with Mr Kozmicka said all who knew him are 'devastated.'

Mr Pullen said: "It is a huge shock. It's surreal. I cant believe it has happened. He was very quirky. Had a big personality and was great fun to be around.

"He often spoke of his wife and children. His family were a huge part of his life and he loved them dearly.

"Everyone who knew Tomasz through work is absolutely devastated. It has hit us really hard."
