DISAPPOINTED customers have complained that their milk and grocery deliveries are missing.

Milk & More customers in Worcester who have ordered deliveries from the national company have complained their orders for milk and groceries are not being delivered.

The company has put out a statement apologising for the missed deliveries and explaining why they are not able to fulfil its orders.

A post on its website updating customers reads:

"Unfortunately, over the last few weeks, some of our fulfilment centres have been impacted by the current industry-wide driver shortage.

"We’re continuing to do everything we can to resolve this while following government guidelines to keep everyone in our communities protected from the spread of COVID-19.

"Regrettably, a few of our centres are severely affected by low staff levels which is resulting in some of our customers being let down.

"We are sincerely sorry if you are affected by this. We’re continuing to manage these challenges and are committed to returning to the standard of service you are used to as soon as possible.

"Thank you for your patience."

Anyone who has experienced a missed delivery will receive an automatic refund, according to Milk & More.

Customers do not need to contact the company unless the refund has not appeared in the My Transactions section of their account after a few days.
