A mental health charity is to give Evesham businesses a crash course insustaining good mental health.

On Friday, October 15, Springfield Mind will be in Evesham to deliver a free workshop for local employers and employees.

The charity say that one in four Worcestershire residents are living with poor mental health while stress and anxiety are among the main reasons for people taking time off work.

A spokesperson added: “Unfortunately, since the pandemic has hit there has been a huge increase in people accessing mental health services. We are heading to a mental health crisis and we at Mind believe that education and awareness is the key to preventing this.

“Our touring workshops provide you with the tools that you need to run a healthier workplace and live a mentally healthier life.”

Three sessions will take place, from 10am to 3pm, at Basepoint Business Centre on Crab Apple Way and can be booked by contacting training@springfieldmind.org.uk.
