BOURTON Roadrunners were represented by club member Ian Tolfts at the Stroud Half Marathon last weekend.
Despite not being part of this year’s Gloucestershire AAA Road Race series, the event was still well attended with 650 finishers from far and wide.
Tolfts took on the deceptively challenging course and completed the run in 1:47:39, just outside the top third.
Elsewhere, a couple of members took part in Parkruns over the weekend. Chris Dray managed 27 minutes 5 seconds at Cheltenham.
Nigel Frith (27:05) and Lorna Shawcross (25:44, personal best) took part in the one in Evesham.
