Police are appealing for witnesses after a car crash outside Evesham that left driver with "life-changing injuries".

At 11:40pm on Monday, November 22, a grey Skodia Fabia travelling south on the B4085 Buckle Street in Ullington crashed into a tree after the driver lost control.

The driver, a man, sustained potentially serious injuries.

Now, West Mercia Police are urging anyone with information or footage to get in touch.

A statement from the police read: "Police are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle collision on the B4085 Buckle Street in Ullington, Worcestershire.

"The collision took place at 11.40pm last night (Monday 22 November). The vehicle, a grey Skoda Fabia, was travelling along the B4085 towards Honeybourne when it lost control and collided with a tree.

"The driver sustained life-changing injuries.

"Officers would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision or have dash-cam footage."

West Midlands Ambulance Service have confirmed that one ambulance, a paramedic officer and the critical care car from the air ambulance service attended the scene.

A spokesman added that the driver of the car was assessed and taken to University Hospital Coventry for further assessment.
