The first acts for Big Feastival 2022 have been announced and there is plenty to be excited about.

The Human League, Stereophonics, and Anne Marie will headline the Cotswolds festival on August Bank Holiday Weekend.

In its eleventh year, the festival will be hosted at the farm owned by Blur’s Alex James, in Kingham near Chipping Norton.

The bassist-turned-cheesemaker believes this is the best line-up ever.

He said: "We've been busy building on last summer's sold-out festival and our strongest line up yet will bookend what promises to be an unforgettable summer of celebration.

“This is just the tip of the iceberg - best to book camping now to avoid disappointment. Roll on August Bank Holiday Weekend."

First up is The Human League who will be bringing classic tunes such as Don’t You Want Me and Human when they kick-off the festival on Friday night.

Saturday will see multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter Anne-Marie performing hits from albums Therapy and Speak Your Mind.

Then on Sunday night, Welsh BRIT-award winners Stereophonics will take to the stage with their back catalogue including five consecutive UK No. 1 albums and 11 Top 10 singles.

Also performing throughout the weekend are the likes of Mercury Prize winner Jake Bugg, Grammy-winning electro dance duo Basement Jaxx and pop queens Sugababes, who will be delighting crowds with classic hits such as Push The Button and About You Now.

Gabrielle, one of the UK’s most successful songwriters, will also be taking to the stage.

As will voice of the 2021 John Lewis Christmas advert Lola Young and TikTok star Sam Ryder.

Alfie Templeman, The Futureheads, The Sherlocks, The Lottery Winners, Cuban Brothers, and Duke, are some of the other acts announced in the first wave of the line-up.

Furthermore, as the name suggests, Big Feastival will host a line-up of top chefs, offering family entertainment and culinary activities.
