ROADWORKS were set to begin today on a busy road near Evesham.
Arrow Lane, in North Littleton, is due to be affected by footway refurbishment works for the next two days.
The news was shared earlier this morning on social media via the official Worcestershire County Council Highways and Travel Twitter account.

The work began at 7.30am, and is from the junction with Evesham Road to 225m East on Arrow Lane.
A diversion route has been provided:
1. Head south on Evesham Rd/B4085 towards B4510 - 14 m
2. Turn left onto Arrow Ln - 0.6 km
3 .Slight right onto West Side - 0.3 km
4. Continue onto East Side - 59 m
5. Slight right onto Blake's Hill - 2.9 km
6. Turn left onto Buckle St - 3.5 km
7. Continue onto Honeybourne Rd - 0.9 km
8.Turn left onto Cleeve Rd/B4085, Continue to follow B4085 - 5.3 km
9. Turn left onto Arrow Ln - 0.2 km
The works are set to finish on Wednesday April 27 at 4pm.
