A POPULAR comedian and television star is coming to Worcester this year.

Dom Joly, of Trigger Happy TV and Fool Britannia, is coming to Huntingdon Hall as part of his Dom Joly's Holiday Snaps - Travel and Comedy In The Danger Zone tour.

The writer and broadcaster is continuing his first UK tour since 2011, giving fans a rare opportunity to see him live.

Dom will be talking about his exploits as a serial globe-trotter and seeker of dangerous travel spots.

The comedian will recount how he attended school with Osama Bin Laden and talk to the audience about his PowerPoint snaps from his many travels.

The best-selling author will also meet fans after the show to sign copies of his latest book, Such Miserable Weather, a travelogue written at the start of his current tour and including dates from his shows in 2021.

The show will be on October 23, starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets for the event start at £22.50.

The news follows several other big-name comedians who have visited Huntingdon Hall already this year.
