A PERSHORE man has been given points on his licence and a fine for failing to provide information on the identity of a driver.
Martyn Coombs, 44, was sentenced at Bath Magistrates Court on June 6 in his absence.
The court heard Coombs failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence.

Magistrates heard the offence took place in Bristol on November 6 last year.
Coombs, of Head Street, Pershore, was found guilty under the Single Justice Procedure, which allows magistrates to prosecute without a defendant being present.
Coombs was given six penalty points. He was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.
Coombs has until July 25 to pay the total, £816, in full.
