A DRIVER from Worcester has been fined for driving without due care and attention.
Rogelio David, of Canterbury Road, Worcester, was fined by magistrates in Hereford after driving without due care and attention on the M5 near Worcester in November last year.
The 62 year-old was prosecuted via the Single Justice Procedure, which allows courts to sentence defendants without them needing to be present in the dock.
It is most commonly used to prosecute people for driving offences.
David was fined £186 along with a £34 victim surcharge and court costs of £90.
In addition, the court handed him three penalty points.
