A DRIVER from Worcester has been fined for failing to provide information relating to an offence.
Laurentiu Alistar, of Barbourne Road, Worcester, was fined by magistrates in Hereford for failing to provide information relating to an offence on November 9 last year.
The 54 year-old was prosecuted by the court via the Single Justice Procedure.
This allows courts to sentence defendants for matters like driving offences without requiring them to come to court.
Magistrates fined Alistar £660 for the offence, as well as ordering him to pay costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £190.
In addition, they issued six penalty points to his licence.
