A Worcestershire care home has traded hands.

Greenhill Park Residential Care Home in Evesham has been sold to Princedale Care Group.

The home has been owned by Maria Baylis and Michael Cole since 2005 and during this time has undergone extensive work, including an extension in 2013.

Greenhill Park also had a ‘Good’ CQC rating in 2021 and is registered for 34 service users.

Ellie Hill, director at Princedale Care Group, said: “I am extremely proud and excited to welcome Greenhill Park Residential Care Home to the Princedale Care Group.

“It has been amazing to meet such passionate staff and wonderful residents in the most incredible setting in Evesham.

“We will continue to work with the existing team to ensure that the same level of care continues, bring on board new technology systems, as well as ensuring that the premises are continually well-maintained to very high standards.”

Greenhill Park is set in grounds of around one and a half acres and occupies a former Victorian gentleman's residence.

The home also has a registered manager and enjoys a high proportion of privately funded clients.

Following a confidential sale, the home has been sold to Princedale Care Group for an undisclosed price.

The sale was handled by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.

Paul Reilly, director for care at Christie & Co, said: “Our clients were very organised and well prepared for the sale process.

“Following multiple viewings, a sale was agreed to Ellie Hill and proceeded to a successful completion and the second home added to her growing portfolio.”
