Shoppers will be able to enjoy free parking around Wychavon this Christmas.
The district council has announced that free parking will be on offer at long and short stay car parks in a bid to support local traders and bring footfall back to the high street.
However, the offer will only apply on two days, from 12pm to 6pm.
The first day will be this Saturday, November 26, and will see free parking at long and short stay car parks in Droitwich and Evesham.
Then the following Saturday, December 3, the offer will come to car parks in Broadway and Pershore.
The council would like to remind people that parking restrictions, including waiting times in on-street parking bays and double yellow lines, will still apply and be enforced.
