A MAN who bit police officers will be sentenced along with his other crimes later this month.
Joe Betts, of The Leys, Evesham, appeared in front of city magistrates on Thursday, (May 4).
Betts admitted four charges of assault by beating of an emergency worker.
The assaults took place between April 12 and April 13 this year in Evesham.
Mark Hambling, prosecuted, said the assaults involved biting to the forearms of officers that broke the skin.
Mark Turnbull, defending, said a judge had previously said it was logical for all matters Betts is to be sentenced for to be brought together.
Brent Robinson, chairman of the magistrates bench, said magistrates agreed.
Betts, who was given unconditional bail, was told to attend sentencing at Worcester Crown Court on May 18.
