HAMPTON Club was the venue for a Kings Coronation Celebration Big Lunch.
The event took place on Sunday, (May 7), for elderly people to enjoy a Coronation party of their own.
The event included a Coronation Quiz, raffle, stalls, buffet and an opportunity to watch the Coronation events on the big screen.
The event was organised by the Parklands Residents Association (PRA) and held at the club opposite the Hampton Spar Shop - who donated food and drink to help celebrate.
Lindsey Lavender, PRA Committee Member, said: "The PRA also wish to thank Hampton Club for providing their facilities for free - great community spirit/cooperation all round.
"It is so lovely in these difficult times to see such community spirit abound - thank you to all those involved in organising/supporting this event."
