An EVESHAM man has admitted to stealing from a high street giant.
Jimmy Smith, of Mill Street, has been handed a conditional discharge after stealing from Home Bargains twice.
The 34-year-old stole 10 creatine products worth £90 from an Evesham branch of the discount store on January 29.
He then stole £58.28 worth of coffee products the following day.
Smith pleaded guilty to both charges on May 6 at Kidderminster Magistrates Court.
He was discharged conditionally for three months, meaning no further action will be taken unless he commits any further offences in this time period.
He must also pay £74.14 in compensation and £26 to fund victim services.
The total amount of £100.14 must be paid by June 5, 2023.
