A 33-YEAR-old has avoided jail despite persistently breaking the law.
Court regular Christopher Stones, of no fixed abode, was given a chance to rehabilitate himself but within days he had reoffended.
On August 6 Stones breached a restraining order against two people he was prohibited from contacting.

The dad-of-one - previously of Owletts End, Pershore - was sentenced at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, (October 31).
Stones, who has also previously given the courts a care-of address of Valley Way, Droitwich, was given 24 weeks, suspended for 19 months.
As part of his suspended sentence, he must complete 60 hours of unpaid work, 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and six months of alcohol treatment.
No order for costs or victim surcharge.
