During the latest hearing prosecutor Owen Beale said there were still administrative matters that needed to be completed in regards to the case, so the crown was asking for a short adjournment.

Judith Kenney, defending, agreed this was the position, adding the pre-sentence report had been completed which had led to a previous adjournment of the case.

Trevor Burgess, chairman of the magistrates bench, told Bryant his sentence was being adjourned until December 14.

Magistrates gave Bryant unconditional bail but the chairman stressed to the defendant there was one condition - to attend court for his sentence.
