An inquest has been opened into the death of a Worcestershire man who went missing at the weekend.
Worcestershire Coroner’s Court opened and adjourned an inquest on Thursday morning (March 21) into the death of Joe Phipps from Honeybourne, near Evesham.
The 23-year-old had been reported missing by West Mercia Police on Sunday (March 18), with officers saying they were “very concerned for his welfare”.
The police later found a body and said they were not treating the death as suspicious.
The inquest has been adjourned until October 14.
