A former baptist church in Evesham is set to go under the hammer at an auction next month.
The church is part of Sheldon Bosley Knight's latest auction, which will feature a variety of properties from across Coventry and Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Worcestershire.
Located in Cowl Street, Evesham's former Baptist Church offers a versatile space that is ripe for redevelopment.

The property could be used in a range of ways, including as a community centre, residential housing, or even continuing its life as a place of worship.
Because of its potential and guide price of just £190,000, the church is not expected to be available for long.
Associate director and auctioneer, Matt Burrows said: "This auction has already garnered a great deal of interest as we have some exciting and varied lots so anyone who wants to come along should register quickly.
“Selling by auction represents a great way to dispose of land or property, regardless of condition or size, especially if time, security, or transparency is a driving factor."
Along with the church, the auction will offer 14 other lots, including the former Laura Ashley retail unit in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This 8,000-square-foot site is in the town centre, and has plans for nine residential apartments.
The unit's guide price stands at £950,000.
Two properties that were formerly part of a school building in Leicester will also be featured in the auction, with guide prices of £85,000 and £90,000.
According to the auctioneer, the one-bedroom residences are in good condition and could be a smart investment opportunity for a buy-to-let buyer.
There is also interest in the Keepers Cottage in Brandon Lane, Coventry.
The neglected two-bedroom cottage is based on almost 0.4 acres of land and could be converted into a larger dwelling if planning permission is granted.
Four parcels of land, including a site at Gaydon Hill Farm near Warwick, also feature in the sale.
The 1.066-acre site has planning permission and offers self-build developers a potential opportunity.
The auction will be held at Stratford-upon-Avon Town Hall on Wednesday (September 4).
