An air ambulance descended on a Hereford school this morning following a child experiencing "potentially serious injuries".
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said that crews were called to the school in Hollybush Walk in the south of the city this morning at 9.40am.
The spokesperson added that on arrival, crews from both the an ambulance and air ambulance treated a female child for “potentially serious injuries” at the scene, before transporting the patient to Hereford County Hospital.

A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We were called at 9.40am to a school on Hollybush Walk in Hereford and sent an ambulance and the Midlands Air Ambulance to the scene.
“On arrival, crews treated a female child for potentially serious injuries before taking her to Hereford County Hospital”.
