HOUSE hunters have the chance to step inside a show home reflecting a new development in a Worcestershire village.
Spitfire Homes has unveiled Southridge House at its Blackthorn development in Crowle, a development of 30 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, including a mix of houses and bungalows.
The scheme forms part of the company’s Bespoke Collection, and more than 20 per cent of properties have already been reserved.

Spitfire Homes has engaged the community, welcoming primary and secondary school pupils for behind-the-scenes tours and collaborating with village artist John Horton to produce a bespoke watercolour painting for the Estates Office depicting the final community.
The homes also prioritise sustainability, featuring solar panels, air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and electric vehicle charging points.
