ONE of the North Cotswolds best known estate agents is celebrating its 25th birthday this year.
Peter Clarke & Co has been serving the local community in residential sales, land, development, new homes, commercial sales and lettings for a quarter of a century and recently opened its sixth office in Henley in Arden.
The business was originally founded in Chapel Street, Stratford upon Avon by Mr Clarke who had been chief executive with Locke & England. He was soon joined by his sons Andrew and then Jonathan. The partnership has since expanded to include Michael Hawkins, Stephen Werner and Barney Smith as partners and Della Morris, Sophie Thompson and Camilla Smith as associate partners, together with Sarah-Jayne Hart as a partner of Peter Clarke New Homes, which was launched in 2013 to provide a dedicated New Homes Centre.
Partner Andrew Clarke said: "Twenty five years have flown by. We have seen huge changes in the market and Peter Clarke & Co have moved sharply with the times, while still offering the best professional advice tailored to a client’s needs. 25 years from now we hope the name of Peter Clarke remains at the forefront of local property services. We are looking forward to a busy Autumn and pre-Christmas market."
