The cold Cotswold wind was swaying the trees as Evesham Ramblers left Cold Aston on Sunday, April 12 for the start of a five mile walk. Only nine of the usual crowd came on this walk, maybe the earlier start or the distance to travel deterred a few, but for those that did attend, the appearance of four hares bounding back and forth whilst we enjoyed our morning coffee stop was a delight. The route took walkers along typical Cotswold tracks, field paths and lanes, some in shielded valleys and through the pretty village of Notsgrove.
