THE next Bidford and Alcester Community Forum is takes place at St Benedict’s Catholic High School in Kinwarton Road, Alcester, later this month. Among the topics up for discussion at the meeting on Tuesday, June 21, are public sector budget updates and police priorities for the next three months – on which people attending can vote. Community forums are meetings that allow local people to engage directly with county, district, town and parish councils, as well Warwickshire Police. The Safer Neighbourhood Teams hold a surgery prior to the forum during which time tea and coffee is available. Anyone who has a specific concern or problem has been urged to drop in. The forum meeting gets underway from 6.30pm.
