EVESHAM’S Regal Cinema will be able to show the latest screen blockbusters thanks to a deal agreed with a film company this week.
The team has agreed a deal with Universal which allows the cinema to show all films made by the company - including the latest releases.
In order to mark the deal The Regal will be showing two classic films on Saturday (5). Peter Pan is being screened at 1pm and Grease at 6pm.
Meanwhile, it was confirmed on Monday that Alistair McGowan’s upcoming performance at The Regal next weekend had sold out. About 450 people are expected to enjoy the Badsey-born impressionist’s performance as well as live music from local bands including The Irony.
