After reviewing officer reports and the football club's accounts, the members voted to appoint new candidates to the club's committee.
They then also selected their own personal choices for a new chairperson and vice chairperson.
Jason Neville, the current under 14's manager, was elected the new chairman, with Jacqui Marler, a long-term member and current licensee holder elected as the new vice-chairwoman.
Later this week, new chairman Mr Neville will discuss his plans for the future of the club.
