A LARGE fire in Kidderminster last night (Monday, September 4) saw 1,000 tonnes of baled straw go up in smoke.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from across Wyre Forest were alerted to the blaze off the A448 Bromsgrove Road just before 8.30pm yesterday evening.
A white watch crew from Kidderminster Fire Station were joined by colleagues from Bewdley and Stourport stations to put out the blaze.
