THE cattery at RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch is full - could you give a prize puss a home in time for Christmas?

Boris is just one of the cats in need of a home. He came into the branch's care after spending some time as a stray.

Geraldine Haynes, branch trustee, said: "Sadly, the kind person who took Boris in and cared for him passed away.

"He is a short haired black and white nine-year-old lovely boy, who is finding his surroundings rather worrying.

"Given time and lots of TLC in a loving home, we feel sure Boris will come out of his shell.

"He is looking for a quiet home, where he can have access to the garden once he has settled in."

Like all the cats at the branch's base at The Holdings, Boris is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, vet checked and will be rehomed with four weeks' free pet insurance.

Many of the cats can be seen on the branch website rspca-worcester.org.

For anyone wishing to meet the cats or rabbits looking for their forever homes, the centre in Holdings Lane, Broomhall, Kempsey, Worcester WR5 3FP is open every day (except Wednesdays) from 11am to 4pm.
