DEVELOPMENT and regeneration specialists St. Modwen, have announced that their Nunnery Park site in Worcester has now reached full capacity.

Auto Support Ltd, a breakdown recovery service, has become the latest tenant at the site, signing for over 17,000 sq ft of space across two units on a 10-year lease.

Meanwhile, a leading distribution company has signed for two units at the development, putting pen to paper on a 10-year lease for nearly 10,000 sq ft of space.

Nunnery Park is already home to several warehousing businesses, trade counters and leisure companies, including UK Storage and Edmundson Electrical, who moved in over the summer.

Filling up the park means that there are now no vacant units remaining at the site, which is also home to fast-food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken and family pub operator Greene King.

Jonathan Green, director of asset management at St. Modwen, said: “These two lettings are testament to St. Modwen’s continued investment in the region as we establish Nunnery Park as one of Worcester’s most sought-after business parks.

“With such close links to the M5, the development is in a prime location and to have both a fully let site and plans to expand the business park further illustrates how keen Midlands-based businesses are to grow and thrive with St. Modwen.”

The firm also says it will look to grow the development further by building additional units at the site.

St. Modwen gained planning permission for the 20-acre site in 2015 to create up to 160,000 sq ft of business space and construction began in May 2016.

The site accommodates trade counters, warehousing, pubs, drive-through restaurants and car showrooms
