TWO thefts of trailers which took place on the same night ended up with the stolen items being found near Malvern
A quad bike was stolen from Haylers End, Hanley Castle, at around 1.30am on Saturday, January 19.
The offenders used a pick-up truck, possibly an Isuzu D-Max, dark red in colour, with a stolen trailer to take the green quad bike from a farmyard workshop.
Both the trailer and quad bike were later recovered from near the Blackmore Park Industrial Estate, Malvern.
The same night, between 10pm and 8am, an Ivor Williams Tipping Trailer was stolen from a house at Ankerdine Hill, Knightwick.
The trailer was also later found near the Blackmore Park Industrial Estate.
