THREE separate streets in Halesowen will be fully or partially closed to traffic at the beginning of March.

Hill Street in Hasbury will be closed from March 1-3 (Friday to Sunday) to enable carriageway resurfacing work to be carried out.

The diversion route will be via Cross Street, Chapel Street and Highfield Lane.

Malt Mill Lane, near Shell Corner, will also be closed from March 1-3 from 8am-4pm for the same reason.

The diversion route is Long Lane, Springfield Road and Olive Lane.

Finally, part of Wassell Road in Hasbury will be made temporarily one-way southbound (towards Hagley Road) on Friday, March 1 from 9.30am-3.30pm.

The partial closure begins at Wassell Road's junction with Hagley Road, and there will be no entry from Hagley Road.

Carriageway patching work is to be carried out on the road and the diversion for northbound traffic will be via Albert Road and Albrighton Road.

Later on that week, Wassell Road, between Hagley Road and Albrighton Road, will be closed from March 5-7 (Tuesday to Thursday) from 8am-4pm each day, to enable carriageway resurfacing work to be carried out.

The diversion route will be Hagley Road, Albert Road and Albrighton Road.

Access to frontages will be maintained where safe to do so in all of the above instances.
