A MAN who died after collapsing whilst jogging has been identified by police.
West Mercia Police said they have identified a 56-year-old from Worcester as the man who died on Saturday (February 16).
A family member came forward and identified the man.
Emergency services were called to Crookbarrow Way at 5.55pm on Saturday and the man was taken to hospital but died later that evening.
Police had struggled to identify the man because he did not have any distinguishing features and was only carrying a key and watch.
West Mercia Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been prepared for the coroner.
Police thanked the public for sharing its appeal.
