HARDING’S Coaches, based in Droitwich, is a provider of coach trips with over 70 years’ experience. Sharon Tanser-Voets, sales development head, said what makes the company special is the variety they offer.

She said: “We make it our aim to give people what they want and if it is doable, we will do it. When someone asks if we can arrange a specific trip we will endeavour to do our best to make it happen.”

Sharon has been in the business alongside Amanda Borwick for the last three years after the owners decided to bring in fresh blood to take the company forward. According to Sharon, what makes the partnership work is their combined experience, saying: “I have worked in the travel industry for over 30 years including 15 years working abroad and Amanda worked in the car industry so we both bring something different to the job.

"Above all we are really good friends getting on really well. We have been here now for three years and it really is a perfect match.

"Having that kind of relationship means you are all pulling in the right direction as a business.”

According to Sharon, doing things a bit differently with customer care at its core is key to what the company offers, she added: "Bargains and Bubbles has to be one of our quirkiest days away. Going to Alderley Edge and Knutsford, charity shopping and lunching, serving prosecco on the coach, it is a really fun atmosphere getting everyone involved.

“We have been able to create a repeat group of guests on many of our days away and it has been growing year on year, may it continue. Either one or both of us go on our days away, getting involved, making friendships and creating great relationship with the people that come with us.”
