A LAW firm in Worcester has hired a new solicitor to one of its teams.
SME Solicitors has announced the appointment of Solicitor Diane Lane-Miles within its Wills and Probate team, who has expeience practising in Malvern, Herefordshire and Ludlow for the past 14 years.
Mrs Lane-Miles, originally from Herefordshire, specialises in wills, probate and administration of estates, intestacy on death, trust administration and powers of attorney.
SME Partner Samantha Lloyd is the firm’s head of wills and probate, who said: "As well as her proven legal experience, Diane takes a very sensitive, caring approach with her clients.
"This is an essential attribute when working with probate matters: working closely with bereaved families, supporting them through this difficult time.
"Diane understands the importance of combining practical legal advice with empathy at a time when families are naturally upset and emotional."
