VANDALS have flooded a council-maintained heritage centre and caused damage to the site.
Letters were ripped from a flower display, a metal spike was removed from the ground and a water tap was opened, which partially flooded the site.
The incident happened at The Tourist Information and Heritage Centre, in Church Street, Upton upon Severn, between 5.30pm on May 29 and 10am on May 31.
