AN AGRICULTURAL society near Ledbury were inspired to hold a coffee morning after reading about St Michael's Hospice 35th anniversary.
Trumpet and District Agricultural Society Ladies Section raised £815 for the hospice after holding a My35 coffee morning.
Ladies Section chair Janet Pudge said: "St Michael's has touched the lives of many members over the years so we wanted to celebrate all the care provided by the Hospice since 1984.
"Held at The Frogend, Bishop's Frome, the morning raised £815 for St Michael's, thanks to a cake sale, plant stall, raffle and a bring and buy sale."
The Trumpet Ploughing Match will be held at The Moats, Coddington on Thursday, October 3 where visitors can enjoy tractor and horse ploughing competitions.
