A NEW independent Italian restaurant will soon be opening its doors in Hereford.
COTTO is the latest family-run venture for Alice and Francesco Adorasi-Sanford, the pair behind Bodenham-based Italian inspired event catering company ‘The Cooking Cooks Company.’
In a social media announcement, the business said: “We are so excited to announce the arrival of our new venture in the centre of our beautiful home town of Hereford! True Italy hits the city!!
"Work has begun to transform our new venue, transforming it into an oasis of Italian comfort! A space for all, authentic Italian menu, cocktail bar, open kitchen, bar appetizers, family sharing dishes and good social richness!”
The new restaurant will be serving everything from beetroot gnocchi to post-work drinks.
The location of the restaurant remains a secret for now, but the team are inviting foodie fans to guess the building they will soon be calling home.
A competition is currently running on their Facebook page, with a £100 meal and drink voucher up for grabs for the correct guess.
