POLICE are appealing for the public's help to locate a man with links to Worcester and Malvern after he breached the terms of his licence.

Shane Hodgkins was released from HMYOI Brinsford in August having served a sentence for theft.

The 21 year-old, who is originally from Kidderminster but has links to Worcester and Malvern, is now wanted by West Mercia Police.

Anyone with information can contact West Mercia Police on 101 or alternatively information can be passed to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

The Worcester News previously reported how Hodgkins appeared in court in August 2018 where he had to be removed from the dock for attacking a guard and disrupting the court.

He pleaded guilty to criminal damage, assaulting a police officer in the execution of duty, theft and five counts of burglary.

Speaking to the court, Hodgkins said: “I did every single one and I loved it.”

He added: “I’ll see you in a couple of years when I get out of jail.”

During the hearing, Hodgkins started attacking a prison guard and was taken away from the dock.
