AN INDIAN restaurant in Hereford has dramatically improved its food hygiene rating after it was given zero-stars in August.
But now, the owner has said the restaurant on St Owen Street is bouncing back and has just been handed a four-star rating.
Jalsagor was visited by food hygiene inspectors from Herefordshire Council on Thursday evening, and were satisfied big improvements had been made.
"I am very pleased that we have achieved a four start rating on our inspection visit by Herefordshire Council," Joynal Abaden said.
"We take all aspects of hygiene and care with high priority and shall continue to do so.
"I would like to thank all my loyal customers for their patience and support."
