RAIL services are delayed this evening after someone was hit by a train.
National Rail said the incident happened between Worcester Foregate Street and Hereford, and lines were blocked.
As a result, Great Western Railway services will be cancelled or delayed until at least 10pm.
Road transport is being arranged between the stations.
Affected rail passengers may use their tickets on West Midlands Railway services.
UPDATE 8.30PM: A National Rail spokesperson said emergency services have dealt with the incident between Worcester Foregate Street and Hereford after a person was hit by a train.
Services may continue to be delayed, cancelled or revised while services return to normal.
